摘要:在当代公司治理的过程中，企业生存的关键因素之一就是加强对现金流的研究和管理。对现金流的持续性研究不仅可以使企业了解到时下的经营质量和潜在风险，还可以了解到企业在未来的创造价值的能力。同时，公司在选择治理战略时，应根据现金流在整个资本循环中的不同阶段选择相应的措施。这是因为在不同的时期的投资活动、融资活动和经营活动中，企业对现金流的需求也会有所不同，由此可以看出公司治理的一个关键点就在于要以现金流为依据。尤其是在物流企业中，治理缺失可以引起资金断流，表现为现金流量无法维持企业最低的经营成本。本文则是通过对物流公司现金流的持续性研究，从一家物流公司的经营活动、筹资和投资行为来探讨其公司治理问题。49174

Corporate governance and cash flow continuous study---Based on the decomposition of the cash flow

Abstract: In the process of modern corporate governance, strengthening the study and management of cash flow is one of the key factors of enterprise survival. The continuous study on the cash flow can not only make enterprises understand the current management quality and potential risks, but also allows the understanding to the enterprise's ability to create value in the future. At the same time, when choosing the governance strategy, the company should be based on cash flow in the whole capital circulation of different stages to choose corresponding measures. This is because in different periods of investment activities, financing activities and operating activities, enterprises' demand for cash flow will be different, thus it can be seen that a key point of corporate governance is cash flow. Especially in the logistics enterprises, lack of corporate governance can cause the discontinuity of fund flow and it shows that the cash flow can not maintain the lowest operating cost. This article through a cash flow continuous study of a logistics enterprise to discuss the corporate governance issues from the company’s business activities, financing behavior and investment behavior.
