摘要：在市场竞争愈加激烈的环境中，中小企业为实现整体竞争力的提升，在对传统经营模式进行不断改革的同时，有意识的加大管理方式和管理手段方面的投资力度，使ERP在中小企业中的应用逐渐普遍，但实践证明大部分中小企业实施ERP并未取得预期的效果，反而加大了企业的经营压力，为对此现象产生更加全面的认识，优化中小企业ERP实施效果，本文在对中小企业ERP实施过程中存在的问题进行系统分析的基础上，结合中小企业的特点对优化对策展开探讨，并提供了江苏常州一个中小企业ERP成功实施的案例，从公司ERP系统的选型，到实施过程中的各步骤都进行了分析，为中小企业提供借鉴。52834
