摘  要：07年金融危机之后，我国出台了一系列的针对基础建设投资的政策，使我国基础建设加快了发展的步伐，建筑行业迎来了一波快速发展时期。由于一些建筑企业的腐败问题以及偷工减料的问题，出现了一系列建筑质量问题，而且近些年随着房价的日益升高，加上一些政府融资的清理使得现今我国对建筑行业进行了宏观调控，应收账款管理问题也随之显现出其对于建筑企业是否能在这困境当中脱颖而出的重要性。所以本文的主要研究方向是如何寻找优化建筑企业应收账款管理问题的体系，对张家港金筑建设有限公司应收账款管理提出相应的意见，帮助建筑企业处理好应收账款问题，使我国的建筑企业能够持续健康的发展。54696
