(1) Mn1.5Co1.5O4 powder was prepared by sol- gel method. The phase composition and particle morphology of the powders were characterized by observing the stability of the geland using XRD. The results show that the nanometer Mn1.5Co1.5O4 powder with single phase size, uniform size and high crystallinity can be obtained by calcination at 750 ℃ for 4h.

(2) Mn1.5Co1.5O4 coating was prepared by slurry coating. The surface and cross-sectional morphology of the coating were observed by SEM. The results show that the coating is compacted and compacted at 750 ℃. When the mixing ratio of Mn1.5Co1.5O4 powder and binder is 3.5: 2, the coating effect is good and the density is high.

(3) The samples of LNFO were prepared by sol- gel method and characterized by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the nano-sized LNFO powders with single phase size,  high crystallinity and high crystallinity could be obtained by calcination at 800℃ for 4h. The coating is also tightly bonded to the substrate and has a high density. The diffusion of Cr and the inhibitory effect of Mn1.5Co1.5O4 on the oxidation rate of Cr were determined by line scanning.

(4) Assemble two samples. stainless steel / LNFO / stainless steel and stainless steel / Mn1.5Co1.5O4 / LNFO / Mn1.5Co1.5O4 / stainless steel.Then the two groups of samples with no coating control experiments, followed by contact resistance test, both the conductivity increases with the temperature increases, to determine the Cr And Mn1.5Co1.5O4 coating on the oxidation rate of Cr element inhibition, containing Mn1.5Co1.5O4 coating conductivity of the sample conductivity is small, the conductivity is large. From the data, the coated conductivity is about 10 times the conductivity of the coating.
