Audience Research in the Process of Spreading of Internet Rumors
Abstract: Rumors spreading since ancient times, but it’s prominent in the era of network information dissemination particularly. In this paper, from the definition of network rumors, the composition of online rumors audiences, internet rumors’ social background, to composite characterization and the present situation of network rumors, analyzes the behavior characteristic of the audience in the process of rumor spreading in stages, and research the cause of behavior of audience spreading rumors according to the related communication principle with the modern information society as the background. From the external social environment, technical characteristics of the network media, to the behavior of the audience psychology and the audience's perception pattern, detailed mining audience spreading rumors of the induced factors and mechanism of action. On the base of audience spreading rumors behavior and inducing factors, I try to explore the channels and methods for the prevention and control of rumors in multi-angle, wide field and targeted.
