 Abstract  With the implement of reform and an opening- up policy in China after joining the WTO, the global economy and international business are increasingly flourishing. Therefore business English is playing a more and more important role in better conducting commercial activities in order to make effective communications between two parties. Business English requires that the translated text should be accurate, logical and coherent. Therefore it becomes very necessary for a translator to master some basic translation  principles and strategies in order to do perfect translated language. Then this paper will make intensive analysis on translation principles of business English such as exactness and conciseness, and some translation strategies, and put translation strategies into English practice. It helps business people learn English better, better for business communication, international economy and successful trade negotiation and further reduce economic disputes and errors, which also will be of vital significance to improve his professional ability of a translator.
