Abstract This thesis mainly analyzes the application of euphemism in business negotiation。 The aim of this thesis is to study the importance of how to use the language appropriately during business negotiation in order to develop international trade cooperation between countries successfully。 Firstly, the author introduces the definition and characteristics of euphemism and the related study of euphemism in business negotiation。 Then, the author shows the application of euphemism in business negotiation, such as the application modes of euphemism and problems should be concerned。 The last part of the paper is to give strategies towards business negotiation。 76726

Nowadays, with the development of economic globalization, business communication between countries is becoming more and more frequent。 Therefore, many countries establish cooperative relationships。 As a result, business negotiation plays an important role in international trade cooperation。 To a certain degree, an effective negotiation will increase the possibilities of cooperation between countries。 During the negotiation, parties that involved all want to get the most profits。 Actually, in a negotiation, one party does not want to defeat the other to show his power or success, instead, getting what both parties want is the final goal。 So, for the common purpose and interest, negotiators need to use certain strategies to prevent argument or conflict that may occur。 In order to get this aim, it is necessary for them to create a friendly and harmonious atmosphere。 Using euphemism in business negotiation is one of the most useful strategies, which can help express something indirectly to avoid awkward situations。 论文网
