摘要:本文用四水硝酸钙和无水碳酸钠制备亚微米级(100~1000nm)碳酸钙,以此微粒为模板微粒,通过层层自组装的方法,将聚电解质聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)和羧甲基纤文素钠(CMC)交替组装到微粒上,用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)去除胶体微粒模板后得到中空胶囊,利用叶酸和细胞表面的叶酸受体的特异性识别作用,探索其在药物传输体系中的应用。研究结果表明,Ca2+与CMC的摩尔比为6:1,反应温度12℃,搅拌速度为700~800r/min,反应时间为20min时,得到的碳酸钙粒径较小约700nm,形态均一为椭球形,载药阿霉素(DOX)后,包封率为65.0%,释放率高达70.0%。21281 毕业论文关键词:纳米碳酸钙;层层自组装;叶酸;阿霉素
The study of Nano calcium carbonate which was modified by PEI and the performance of the drug
Abstract:we product nano calcium carbonate through calcium nitrate and sodium carbonate, as a template ,the adsorption of polyelectrolyte PEI and CMC utilize the Layer-by-Layer self-assembly based on electrostatic interaction and we get hollow capsules after denucleation.By folic acid and cell surface of folate receptor specificity recognition effect,we explore its application in drug delivery system.The studies have shown that when the molar ratio of Ca2 + and CMC as 6:1 ,12 degree centigrade,stirring speed of 700~800 r/min and the reaction time was 20 minutes ,the size of the calcium carbonate particles was about 700 nm and the shape was ellipsoid. The encapsulation efficiency was 65.0% and ration of the DOX loaded microcapsules was 70.0%.
