目的 核算15MV医用电子直线加速器治疗机房墙体、防护门处的剂量率,评价机房放射工作人员及周围公众的年有效剂量,并完成加速器的环境影响评价。方法 以盐城市第一人民医院Varian Clinac iX 15 MV医用电子直线加速器为研究对象,依据即将实施的国标GBZ/T 201.2中的建议和要求,采用相应的公式和医用加速器的实际参数对该机房的防护能力进行估算和分析。 结果 该机房屏蔽墙体外最大瞬时剂量率为2.49μSv/h,防护门外瞬时剂量率为1.84μSv/h。放射工作人员最大年有效剂量为1.58 mSv,公众年有效剂量为0.156 mSv。结论 该直线加速器机房的屏蔽能力满足国家标准的要求。可以得出,机房的设计方案是可行的。在完善其他辅助及安全措施后,该直线加速器能够投入治疗应用。

Title Radiation Protection and Evaluation of Medical linear Accelerator
Abstract
Objective Calculate the dose rate of protective door and shielding wall of a room with 15MV medical linear accelerator.Base on the dose rate to evaluate the annual effective dose equivalent of radiological workers and the surrounding public. And complete the environmental impact assessment of the accelerator. Methods Choose Varian Clinac iX 15 MV Medical linear Accelerator of The first People's hospital in Yancheng city as the research object. According to the recommendations and requirements of the imminent national standard GBZ /T 201.2, use corresponding formulas and medical accelerator practical parameters to evaluate and analyse the radiation protection ability of the room. Results The largest instantaneous dose rate of room's shielding wall is 2.49μSv/h, and the instantaneous dose rate of protective door is 1.84 u Sv/h. The largest annual effective dose equivalent of radiological workers is 1.58 mSv, and public's annual effective dose equivalent is 0.156 mSv. Conclusions The shielding ability of the linear accelerator room can satisfy the requirements of the national standard. Therefore,the design scheme of the room is feasible. This linear accelerator can be put into medical application when other auxiliary and safety measures are completed.
