摘要:本监控系统主要实现对煤调湿工艺的监控,以VB为平台设计煤调湿监控系统。设计煤调湿系统监控系统流程界面,包括实时曲线、历史曲线等,并进行数据库设计,包括与数据库的连接、数据存储、系统管理等实现对煤调湿系统的监控。实时曲线的功能是对实时出入口煤湿度等数据进行实时模拟并用曲线体现这些数据的主观状况,从而保持监控的实时性,确保工艺标准。历史曲线是根据把往日的实时曲线保存并体现的曲线,通过调动在主界面上显示出来,用来研究分析煤调湿工艺的总体情况趋势。同时通过与数据库的连接并利用数据库可以把参数实时地保存到数据库中,工作人员可根据需要调看查询到数据库内的参数,这些参数将提供操作人员精确的实时数据,这样可以方便、直观地观察到各个阶段历史参数的总体变化趋势。10844

The Design of Coal Moisture Monitoring System Based on VB
Abstract: This system mainly realizes the monitoring system of Coal moisture control,using VB as a platform to creat coal moisture control monitoring system.Designing the interface of coal moisture monitoring system,including real-time graph,historical graph.And database design, including the connection with database,data storage,system management,realizes the monitoring of coal moisture.The function of real-time graph is collecting the data of the coal moisture,then the graph can reflects the subjective condition of coal moisture.So it can keep the real-time data communication and ensure the standards of process.Historical graph is based on the real-time data of past and using it to reflects the graph,it can be shown on the main interface by operating for researching the overall trend of coal moisture control technology.At the same time the system can connect with database and save real-time parameter to the database.Staff can recall the parameter in the database according to the need.These parameters will provide the operator accurate real-time data,the staff can see the changes in the history and the trend of overall parameters conveniently and intuitively.
