其次,介绍了故障树分析方法,结合塞拉门故障模式,建立以塞拉门系统故障为顶事件的故障树模型。

Title Reliability Analysis of Metro Sliding Plug Door Based on FTA
Abstract
The compartment door system occupies an important position in key systems of urban rail vehicles. It’s of great significance to conduct reliability analysis of door systems for evaluating the door system performance.
First, this thesis describes the structure and basic working principle of the sliding plug door system, analyzes and summarizes the failure modes of various components of the door system.
Then, The fault tree analysis method(FTA) is introduced, and the fault tree of door system is established with the top event " door system failure", on the basis of previous obtained failure modes.
Finally, Reliability of the door system and the probability importance degree and crucial importance degree of minimum cut sets are calculated. According to the result, weakest parts are EDCU module failure, nuts component failure, door locking switch S1 failure, door close switch S4 failure.
