The Design of Real-Time Traffic Flow Control System Based By PLC
Abstract：The object of study of the real-time traffic flow control system is a typical traffic intersection, the purpose is to improve the security situation for people to travel and goods to transport, and improve traffic utilization. Traffic intersection is a randomness and uncertainty system, through the establishment of a traffic model for the analysis of the state, the use of the inductive sensor detects vehicles through signal detection area and enter the programmable logic controllers, treated after the output terminal of the programmable logic controller controls the traffic lights at the time. Simulation results show that the design can meet the real-time control of traffic lights according to the number of real-time traffic flow. Control system is flexible, and it has a certain practical value.

引言
随着经济和社会快速发展，道路建设不断增多，出行车辆不断增加，城市交通已经进入一个快速发展的阶段。与此同时，很多城市市区却开始出现交通拥堵问题。国内外一些先进的大城市已经着手研究并且设计出来一些实用的智能交通系统。二十一世纪是信息化高速发展的时代，伴随着计算机(Computer)、通讯(Communication)和消费电子(Consumer Electronic)的快速发展，智能化的生活在人们生活中显得更加重要。每个人都离不开交通，如何让交通更加顺畅显得更加重要。
我国的交通灯大都采用数字电路设计，不能够即时的根据车流量的多少而即时的改变交通灯的时间，或者只能够根据时间段来改变交通灯的控制时间，具有很大的偶然性和不确定性。将即时交通车流量控制系统应用于城市交通中，能够让交通根据当前的车流量多少，做出智能化的控制，从而提高交通的利用率，从而使人们的交通出行更加顺畅、方便。
