Design of Stepping Motor Control System Based on MCU
Abstract: This article designs the stepping motor control system controlled by AT89S52 MCU. The system integrates the key circuit, LCD monitor circuit, buzzer circuit, power circuit, crystals circuit, drive and stepping motor circuit. The key circuit includes four buttons to control the stepping motor start, stop, acceleration, deceleration and changing direction. LCD monitor circuit displays the running state of stepping motor. Buzzer ensures that the buttons has been pressed. The T0 of AT89S52 MCU is used as timer in this system, it produces pulse signal in a certain delay, and the pulse signal was amplified by the ULN2003 to drive the stepping motor run. The usage of MCU reduces the cost of system hardware, and makes the circuit simpler and more flexible.
