Design of Control System of Mine Hoist Based on PLC
Abstract: In view of the traditional mine hoist adopts relay-contactor control is poor reliability, high power consumption and repair cost, this design uses the design of mine hoist electric control system based on PLC, the use of programmable logic controller and inverter control of combining technology, research and design a set of system which can be realized without control system rise cage stop, drop, the system has power failure protection, DC braking, motor speed detection and out-of-step protection function, the simulation shows that the system has high reliability, strong operability, good control performance and it can meet different actual requirements only needs modified procedures slightly.
