摘要:住所是人们从古至今生活中必不可少的部分,它可以为人们遮风挡雨,减少因自然环境带来的影响。住所的必要性更加凸显了厨房的重要性,因此伴随着当代科技的快速发展和经济水平的不断进步,厨房也开始逐步实现智能化系统,不仅提升了住户的生活质量和营养健康,更是为住户们营造了既安全又卫生的居住环境。当代厨房的设计宗旨就是提倡“以人为本,既注重人性化,又要保证安全”。       本设计基于以上考虑,制作了基于Arduino UNO以及MQ系列气敏传感器和人体热释电传感器、温湿度传感器的智能厨房管理系统设计,旨在非常准确的实现对有害气体,设备电压,运行状态的实时监控,保证厨房的安全。本设计也需要通过在手机上安装蓝牙串口助手软件,可以实现对厨房电器的远程控制。

Based On Arduino The Smart Kitchen Management System

Abstract:Housing is an indispensable part of people’s life from ancient times to the present. It can shelter people and reduce the impact of the natural environment. The necessity of residence further highlights the importance of the kitchen. Therefore, along with the rapid development of contemporary technology and continuous improvement of economic level, the kitchen has gradually begun to realize an intelligent system, which not only improves the quality of life and nutrition and health of residents, but also Households create a safe and hygienic living environment. The purpose of the design of contemporary kitchens is to advocate "people-oriented, not only focusing on humanity, but also ensuring safety." Based on the above considerations, Produced a smart kitchen management system based on Arduino UNO and MQ series gas sensors, human pyroelectric sensors, and temperature and humidity sensors was designed to achieve very accurate implementation of harmful gases, equipment voltage, and operating conditions. Real-time monitoring to ensure the safety of the kitchen. This design also needs to install Bluetooth serial assistant software on the mobile phone to achieve remote control of kitchen appliances.
