The Application of Beverage Filling Production in PLC Control
Abstract: Aimed at early filling machine filling accuracy and stability is difficult to guarantee, difficult issues such as replacement of filling specifications, this paper presents the control system based on PLC beverage filling production line. It adopts the beverage filling measurement is by the flow of time and per unit time to determine, the measuring accuracy can be made of a programmable logic controller to control. The designed system can eventually realize to transporting empty bottles, filling, counting on full and manual reset can be implemented, and other functions. The system mainly uses the Siemens S7-200 PLC, sensor, timer and other devices, automatic control, measuring precision, convenient use, etc. The program has also carried on the simulation, to achieve the desired effect.

引言
在计算机和网络通信技术迅猛发展的今天，企业对生产过程中的自动控制和信息通讯提出了更高的要求。饮料生产线比较复杂，生产环节也比较多，其中饮料的灌装就是饮料生产上的重要环节。
目前饮料灌装生产线的控制过程主要是继电器接触控制，但这种电路接线复杂，可靠性低，使得工业生产的效率一直得不到提高。不过，随着时代的发展，饮料灌装生产线的控制过程正朝着智能化和自动化的方向发展。饮料厂的自动化灌装生产线中有越来越多的机器在使用先进的灌装技术来提高机器的自动化控制水平和生产效率,而应用PLC完成电气部分的控制是工业自动化电气控制的主要发展方向。对于我们国家来讲，我国的饮料灌装自动化水平和西方国家相比还是有很大的差距。因此，我国的企业应该不断的发展自身的实力，朝着生产高速化、设备多功能化、控制智能化的方向发展。本次设计就是向着这个方向进行研究和设计的。
