ABSTRACT
In the modern times, the industrial dust removal level of all countries is very high，especially in China, the safety performance of the dust removal system is not high, the dust removal effect is low, coupled with the chaotic management system, has been generally lower than the world level。Modern industrial dust removal systems need to be solved and many problems, such as control procedures, data communication and online monitoring and so on.Facing the backward industrial dust removal equipment, each dealing with dust will cost a lot of money, especially cement plant, which contains large amounts of dust air need more resources, so how to optimize the structure of the cement plant dust removal system, reduce operating costs, with far-reaching significance.
This paper introduces the basic process and the process of the dust treatment in cement plant. According to the process, the dust removal system is designed by using PLC instead of relay and other related equipmentIn this paper, we first introduce the background of modern dust removal equipment and its development prospect.This paper introduces the working process of bag filter and the structure of the related equipment. The operating principle, characteristics and advantages of PLC are also introduced. This paper introduces the simulation process of PLC and touch screen.
