摘要:本毕业设计是通过PLC编程并与WinCC进行组态,在WinCC上以动画的形式来实现五层电梯的模拟仿真。随着科技和工业化的发展,我们的日常生活中也缺少不了电梯带给我们的便捷。电梯不仅是生产环节中的一种重要设备,而且是人们频繁乘用的一种交通运输设备。据此本文在阐释电梯结构和可编程控制器的结构和工作原理的基础上,针对五层电梯,这里采用了西门子s7-300的可编程控制器来实现电梯的控制系统。在本设计中,通过两个方面来完成此仿真,其一是实现了电梯模型的运行,另一是实现了电梯的内呼响应、外呼响应、楼层的优先控制、电梯的运行方向和停靠的层站的控制,自动运行和自动关门等基本功能。7148

Elevator Simulation Run System Controlled by PLC
Abstract:This graduation project is about the simulation of the five-story elevator by PLC programming and with WinCC. And it will be showed by animation. With the development of science and technology, our daily lives cannot lack of convenience brought by elevator. The elevator is not only important equipment in the production processes, and it is transportation equipment used frequently. Pursuant to this article on the basis of the interpretation of the elevator structure, the programmable controller structure and working principle, we achieve the five-story elevator control system with a Siemens s7-300 programmable controller. In this design, by two to complete this simulation, the model one is to achieve the operation of the elevator, and the other is to achieve a lift within the call response, response to external call, the priority control floors, the elevator stops running direction and layer station control, automatic operation and automatic closing and other basic functions.
