摘要地铁作为城市公共交通的重要组成部分,以其大容量、安全准时、快捷高效的优势,对有效解决人民群众出行,促进城市可持续发展,具有极其重要的作用。但是由于其建筑结构与运营的特点,地铁事故近年来频繁发生,尤其是在地铁区间内发生事故后,乘客的疏散与应急处置是保护出行者生命财产安全的重要途径。
利用VISSIM交通仿真软件,仿真了地铁区间内乘客疏散情况。在仿真模型中,将列车及区间隧道用道路表示,将车门、车端头门、纵向疏散平台设置为单车道。利用定性和定量的方法分析了仿真结果,从行程时间、安全性、排队长等方面进行了综合评价,并在原疏散方案的基础上提出了以下几点改善措施:增设纵向疏散平台;合理设置联络通道;乘客疏散时打开列车车门和列车车端头门提高疏散能力;指挥乘客选择疏散路径和合理添加导向标志。改进后的疏散方案的仿真结果表明疏散能力得到明显提高。论文的研究方法和研究结果可以为地铁安全设计和地铁事故应急疏散提供参考。关键词  地铁区间  疏散仿真  应急方案7340

Title         Passenger Evacuation Simulation and Emergency Plan In the Metro Tunnel                                              
Abstract
The Metro ,with its large capacity, security, punctuality, fast and efficient advantage of an effective solution to the travel of the masses, play as an important part of urban public transportation service for the public. It improves the development of urban as an extremely important role. However, due to its architectural structure and operating characteristics, accidents occurred frequently in recent years. Especially when accidents occurred in the subway sections, passenger evacuation and response of emergency can be an important way to protect lives and property of passenger.
In this study, the traffic simulation software named VISSIM is used to simulate passenger evacuation in the subway tunnel, the simulation will use road to represent the train and the tunnel. The train doors and vertical evacuation platform are also substituted by bicycle paths. The simulation data is analyzed through qualitative and quantitative methods. Many factors like the travel time, evacuation security, the queue length are used to measure the simulation in its comprehensive evaluation. Further, the following improvements based on the original evacuation plan has been made,  such as  adding the vertical evacuation platform, setting the contact channel reasonable, opening all the trains doors for passengers to escape, commanding passengers to select the evacuation path and adding signs. According to the results of simulation which followed the Improved evacuation plan, the evacuation ability has been noticeably improved. The research method and research results can provide a reference for subway security design and subway emergency evacuation.
