摘要在现代工业生产现场中,一方面为了方便记录工作过程中的情况以及方便工艺人员分析工艺参数,对工艺进行改进,另一方面为了能及时的知道现场工作的实时情况,对整个工艺质量状态进行控制,生产控制系统须要能够对实时生产信息进行最直观、最周全的掌控。因此,人机交互界面技术作为一种有效的技术手段引入到了工业生产过程中。多年发展后,各种工业生产现场已经广泛的使用了人机交互界面设备,并逐渐变得愈加的智能化、网络化以及集成化。69580

本课题主要研究的是如何将触摸屏技术应用于PLC控制系统中,主要研究包括三方面:基于触摸屏交流电机正反转控制、基于触摸屏的交流电机星-三角启动和基于触摸屏的皮带输送系统控制。在三个项目中,PLC主要使用的是三菱公司的Fx2n系列,触摸屏也是选取了三菱公司的GT15(640×320)系列的触摸屏。由于条件所限,本文主要通过对GT-Desinger3、GT-Simulator3、GX-Simulator6、GX-Developer等软件的学习掌握,在PC机上将PLC与触摸屏通讯,来实现模拟调试,最终,将触摸屏成功地应用在控制系统中。

Touch Screen in the Application Design of the PLC Control System

Abstract In modern industrial production site, on the one hand in order to facilitate the process of recording the work as well as facilitate the process analyzed process parameters and process improvements, on the other hand in order to promptly understand the scene in real-time work, the whole process quality status control, production control systems need to be able to produce real-time information is the most intuitive and comprehensive control. Therefore, the man-machine interface technology as an effective means of introducing technology into industrial processes. After years of development, industrial production site has been widely used man-machine interface equipment, and gradually becomes more intelligent, networked and integrated.

The main topic is how to touch-screen technology used in PLC control system, the main research includes three aspects: Based on the touch screen AC motor positive and negative rotary-controlling, AC motor based on the touch screen Star shaped and triangular starting and touch screen-based control system of belt conveyor. In three design, PLC is mainly used Mitsubishi Fx2n series PLC, touch screen is also used Mitsubishi GT15 (640 × 320) touch screen series. Due to limited conditions, this paper through the GT-Desinger3, GT-Simulator3, GX-Simulator6, GX-Developer software to learn to master, the PC will be PLC and touch screen communication to achieve simulation debugging, finally,touch screen successfully applied in the control system.
