摘要燃料电池因其能量转换效率高和环境友好而受到人们的重视。其中,质子交换膜燃料(PEMFC)的性能尤为突出。为了提高燃料电池的放电性能和使用寿命,燃料电池测控系统的研究越来越重要。
首先对燃料电池的意义以及内容进行了研究,然后对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的相关概念、系统组成和工作原理进行了较为详细的阐述。接着,分析了影响质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)系统性能的因素,采用TMS320F2812芯片,提出了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)测控系统的硬件设计方案并对部分模块进行了软件设计。最后,根据硬件设计方案完成了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)测控系统的电路设计,经过初步检验,系统实现了测控系统的基本控制功能,并对这段时间的工作进行了总结。10414

Title Hardware design of fuel cell control system based on DSP
Abstract
Fuel cells have been paid attention because of their high energy conversion efficiency and environmental friendliness. The performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is particularly prominent. In order to improve the fuel cell discharge performance and service life, fuel cell control system becomes more and more important.
Firstly, paper introduces the significance and the main content of fuel cell research, and then makes a more detailed elaboration of the related concepts for the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), system components and working principle. According to the relevant analysis, using the chip TMS320F2812, the overall control scheme of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is presented and then the software initialization of parts of components is accomplished. Finally, through the initial verification, the hardware design based on the overall control scheme of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) monitoring system is completed with a summary of the content.
