摘要福建铅锌矿在长期的生产过程中产生大量尾矿,既不能产生经济效益,又占用大量土地,还污染周边环境,不利于地区的可持续性发展。
本毕业论文以铅锌尾矿为掺料尝试制备了蒸压加气混凝土,探求了制备加气混凝土的配合比以及工艺流程,并测试试块的力学性能,抗冻性能以及收缩性能。结果表明,使用铅锌尾矿制备蒸压加气混凝土有一定的可行性,但是仍有改良的空间。本文从不同原料对蒸压加气混凝土的影响作出简要分析,并对如何进一步改进实验方案给出意见。8529

Title The performance of autoclaved aerated concrete made from tailings
Abstract
In Fujian province, lead and zinc mine produces a large number of tailings in the long-term production process. It takes up a lot of land and creates pollutions.
In this paper, we attempt to use lead and zinc tailings to product autoclaved aerated concrete, and test its mechanical properties, frost resistance and contractile properties. It is possible to make autoclaved aerated concrete from tailings. But the process remains to be improved. An analysis of the impact from different raw materials of autoclaved aerated concrete is made. We also give my opinion how to improve the experimental program.
