摘要:    本论文以聚氨酯橡胶(PUR)为主要原料,测试不同用量的过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)对PUR机械性能的影响。实验表明:采用DCP作为交联剂时,DCP用量为4份时能得到较好的综合性能,硫化速度慢,但力学性能、硬度等较好。采用DCP和硫磺作为交联剂时,DCP用量为5份时能得到最佳的综合性能,且综合性能不佳,硫化速度较快,易拉断,不耐磨。TAIC做交联助剂时,不能提高硫化速度,力学性能没有得到较大改善,但是耐热老化性能、耐磨性得到了显著的改善,用量为3份时能得到最佳的综合性能。

The Effect of Curing System on The Performance of Polyurethane Rubber
Abstract: Polyurethane rubber (PUR) was used as the main raw material. The experiments test the effect of the different levels of dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and triallylisocyanurate (TAIC) on the mechanical properties of PUR. Experimental results indicate that:  DCP, as a crosslinking agent, gets the best overall performance at the 4 phr level. After adding sulfur, there were no increase in performance.DCP and sulfur, as crosslinking agents, gets the best overall performance at the 5 phr level. When DCP was used as a crosslinking agent, the curing speed was slow, but the mechanical properties and hardness were good. When DCP and sulfur were used as a crosslinking agent, the curing speed was fast, but the mechanical properties and abrasion resistance is poor. TAIC, a crosslinking agent, gets the best overall performance at the 3 phr level. When DCP was used as a crosslinking agent, the curing speed was slow, but heat aging resistance and abrasion resistance were good.
