本设计根据设计任务书所下达的任务，顺利完成对聚合物水泥防水涂料车间工艺的设计。在整个设计过程中，我对聚合物水泥防水涂料的流程有了一个全面的认识。并根据所学的专业知识，结合自己在认知实习中的经验，灵活应用，为今后从事相关的生产管理工作打下了一定的基础。
本设计由吴蓁教授指导，提出了许多宝贵意见和积极建议，帮助我提高了设计质量。与设计同学一起探讨也为设计带来许多帮助。在此，我表示衷心感谢。

JS is widely used in domestic and overseas. The produce and apply of JS are mainly in Asia and Europe. From the mid 1960s, JS began to be used in some small improvement works, and some of the characteristic was paid attention to some building contractor. In the 1970s, the scope of using expanded to underground, water storage facilities and waterproofing roof. The production of such products manufacturers are also increasing, the varieties of JS was expanded from EVA to acrylate and other emulsion. After 1980s, with the improvement of production and application technology, JS and methods become more mature and standard, the waterproof project had a more stable and growing markets, it had become essential materials in building.
The advantages of JS are that it choose different emulsion, the different emulsion has different performance. In present market, VAE and acrylic are widely used. VAE is the internal growth product. The molecules in the polyvinyl acetate ethylene molecule linkage to the introduction of acetyl produce not continuity，space block was reduced, and increase the rotation of the chain of degree of freedom, it makes the main chain become soft, to ensure the products flexibility forever. Besides, the growth of VAE do not contain plasticizer, and will not move, the JS Waterproof expected environmental protection is very good, it has no harm for human. Acrylic emulsion is another widely used emulsion .Used for flexible, waterproof two-component adhesive mortar cement and flexible cement base shielding sex coating. It has nice cement match performance and increase the adhesive ability, flexibility and chemical corrosion resistance ability of cement products, it is also a environmental protection elusion, do not contain free harmful material such as formaldehyde.
JS other advantage is that it has 3 types, they are type 1, 2, 3, different types have different formulary and used place. Type 1 is mainly used in no long-term water environment construction waterproof, liquid material and the ratio of powder is 1:1.2. Type 2 is used in under the environment of long-term immersion construction waterproof, liquid material and the ratio of powder is 1:1.
It is because JS can choose different emulsion, types and liquid material ratio of the powder, so it can find suitable products according to different customers, in order to satisfy the market need. It is the reason why JS has become more popular.
This design is mainly for polymer cement waterproof coating formula choice and the reaction kettle introduction.
According to the design assignment, the design is workshop craft about the year producing 900 ton JS. By consulting amounts of references and looking up the similar factory, the process operations and the equipments of lquid material、powder materials and final synthesis for polymer cement waterproof coating, have been argued and designed scientifically.
The types of the equipments have been selected or designed, as well as the corresponding technology parameter.Production main equipment is thigh tank, filter screen, vacuum pump, metering pump, grinding machine, mixing machine and so on. According to the actual conditions, the design lists the equipments and their related manufacturers. The design conforms to the principle of the viable process, the reliable security, the rational economy, the easy operation, and so on.
