摘要
本设计为年产40万吨高速线材车间工艺设计。产品规格为Ф5.0~Ф25.0mm的高速线材。主要钢种有优质碳素结构钢、弹簧钢等。成品线材以盘卷状态经压紧打捆后交货,盘卷质量约1.8吨。产品质量执行现行国家标准。根据产品规格选择尺寸为140mm×140mm×12000mm 的连铸坯为原料。加热炉为步进式加热炉。本设计采用全连续无头轧制生产工艺技术,全线共有轧机30架,其中粗、中轧机平立交替布置,精轧机为45°悬臂辊环式轧机,终轧最大保证速度为120m/s。轧后控制冷却线由穿水冷却和斯泰尔摩散卷冷却线两部分组成。
