摘  要：行政执行法治化发展至今已经形成了一定的体系规模，具有一定的影响，但是法治化进程依然存在着许多不可忽视的问题。首先我国行政执行法治化存在的问题：行政执行法治化的偏差，行政执行的变相法治化，行政执行的选择性法治化，行政执行法治化的理念薄弱以及行政执行法治化的程度不够。其次造成行政法治化问题的原因有：行政执行主体法治化意识淡薄，行政执行主体被利益驱动以及由于我国环境的复杂性导致的我国相关的体系不够完善。最后提出了相关治理策略：提升行政主体的法治化意识，加大行政主体法治化培训，建立健全行政执行法治化层面的法律规范以及构建多元主体的行政执行法治化监督队伍,力图提升行政执行法治化的治理能力的现代化。

The legalization problem and the governance in the administration of our country

Abstract:The development of administrative enforcement has already formed a certain system scale, which has certain influence, but the process of legalization still has many problems which cannot be ignored. First of all, the problems existing in the administrative execution of our country under the rule of law: the deviation of administrative execution, administrative execution of disguised under the rule of law, the administrative execution of selectivity under the rule of law, the concept of administrative execution law is weak, and the degree of administrative execution under the rule of law is not enough. Secondly the causes of administrative government by law problems are: the administrative execution subject under the rule of law consciousness, the administrative execution subject by profit-driven and because of the complexity of the environment in our country leads to the imperfection of the related system in our country. Finally put forward the relevant management strategy: to improve the administrative body of the rule of law consciousness, strengthen administrative body under the rule of law training, establish a sound administrative execution level of legal norms and rule by law to build multiple subject to perform under the rule of law in administration supervision team.We will try to improve the modernization of the governance capacity of administrative enforcement.
