摘要:科技的进步,生产力的发展加快了整个经济发展的进程,这增强了市场竞争程度。在如今竞争激烈的市场中,人才成为企业间的主要竞争对象,尤其是核心员工。因此,企业要想提高市场地位,在激烈的竞争市场中脱颖而出就必须重视对核心员工的管理。XY公司是河南一家中型的家具制造公司,随着公司规模逐渐扩大,原有的管理机制已不能适应公司当前的状况,这造成公司内核心员工流动率的增加,严重影响公司工作的顺利进行,使公司在市场上处于不利地位。本文将从激励理论着手,通过对理论的学习和研究对目前XY公司核心员工激励机制的现状进行分析,提出XY公司核心员工激励机制存在的问题。最后,依据XY公司对重要员工激励制度留存的问题,设计出XY公司的核心员工激励机制。 21704 毕业论文关键词:激励机制;核心员工;XY公司
Mechanism Design – a Case Study of XY Company Incentive Enterprise Core Staff
Abstract: The progress of the progress of Technology, and development of productivity, the process of speeding up economic development, enhancing the extent of market competition. In today's competitive market, talents become a major competition between enterprises, especially the core employee. Therefore, enterprises in order to improve market position, in the fierce market competition, talent showing itself must pay attention to the core staff management. XY Company is Henan a medium-sized furniture making enterprises, with the continuous expansion of company size, the management system already could not adapt the company's present situation, which may increase the core staff turnover of the company, the company is seriously affected the work smoothly, company in the negative position in the market. This paper will start from the incentive theory, based on theory of learning and research to analyze the present situation incentive mechanism of XY company core staff incentive mechanisms, and puts forward the existing problems of XY the core staff of the company. Finally, according to XY Company on important staff incentive system the question remains, designed the core staff incentive mechanism of XY Company.
