The study of operational capability of the consolidated venues that located in Big Hongqiao
Abstract：With the completion of the Hongqiao hub，the speed of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta region become faster and faster, but the west area of shanghai, which closely links with the Yangtze River Delta region, did not get a very good development. So the Shanghai Government proposed large Hongqiao strategy as engine of the West regional economic and social development, the exhibition venues is part of the strategy. Besides, the development of exhibition industry show a multi-element, multi-industry integration, cross-regional, multi-space trend, which makes the original exhibition activities meet a variety of needs. In this case, the venue of the exhibition activities also changes. The venue that cover meeting, exhibition, catering, accommodation, entertainment, leisure and other services appears. The living space of the complex venue, whether it can meet the needs of the convention and exhibition industry in Shanghai and its mode of operation are the questions that what this paper going to study.
