摘 要:现代企业人力资源管理的核心是绩效评价,企业通过有效的绩效考评体系能够使得企业创造出较高的绩效,并能够使企业获得长远的发展。所以,国内的很多企业很重视绩效考评体系在企业中的运用。通过将绩效管理理论运用到TW公司,分析了其绩效评价的特点,提出了基于标杆管理的KPI指标体系。然后根据公司的实际情况,构建了适合TW公司自身的基于标杆管理的KPI绩效评价体系,通过对实施的效果的分析确定所构建指标体系的实施效果。这种以标杆管理为基础的绩效考评体系同时也弥补了原来公司绩效考核方面的缺点。34100 毕业论文关键词:标杆管理;KPI指标体系;研究与应用
Research And Application of KPI Benchmarking Indicator System Company Based in TW Company
Abstract:The core of modern human resource management is performance evaluation of enterprises through effective performance appraisal system enables the companies to create a higher performance and enable enterprises to obtain long-term development.So, many domestic enterprises attach great importance to the performance appraisal system in the enterprise application. The performance management theory to TW company analyzed its performance evaluation, it proposed KPI Index System based on benchmarking. Then according to the actual situation of the company, the company itself was constructed for TW-based benchmarking of KPI Performance Evaluation System. This kind of benchmarking-based performance appraisal system and also make up for the shortcomings of the original aspects of performance appraisal.
