摘要:本论文旨在总结、分析关系营销对中小企业发展的影响。通过对关系营销策略的概况分析,了解关系营销的有效性。再择鸡西市华康氧气有限公司为实例进行深入分析并研究其基本营销策略和优劣势,通过对该公司的客户数据进行定量分析,并研究其与华康氧气有限公司的关系情况,进而说明其关系营销存在的优势以及问题。指出关系营销对于鸡西市华康氧气有限公司扩大竞争优势的意义,进而明确关系营销对于中小企业发展的重要性,并对中小企业关系营销策略给出改进建议。6196

Analysis on Relationship Marketing Strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises
Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to summarize and analyze the impact of relationship marketing on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the analysis of overview about relationship marketing strategy, we understand the effectiveness of relationship marketing.Then I choose Jixi Huakang Oxygen Co., Ltd. as an example to conduct in-depth analysis and study the basic marketing strategies as well as the advantages and disadvantages, through the quantitative analysis on the company's customer data, and study the relationship with Huakang oxygen Ltd, then explain the advantages and problems of its relationship marketing. With Pointing out the meaning of relationship marketing for the Jixi Huakang oxygen to expand its competitive advantage, thus define the importance of relationship marketing for the development of SMEs ,and give suggestion about improving the relationship marketing strategy of SMEs .
