摘 要:员工招聘是企业获取人才、建立竞争优势的重要途径和方式。在员工招聘过程中,由于招聘双方存在的信息不对称问题对企业员工招聘工作的质量造成了很大的负面影响。企业员工招聘中信息不对称问题的成因是多方面的,包括招聘双方诚信意识淡薄,双方信息获取渠道单一,应聘者对企业认识片面,企业岗位分析不清晰,员工招聘评价形式单一,以及社会信用平台建设滞后。只有从企业层面、个人层面及社会层面三个层面着手,才能有效地解决信息不对称问题,提高招聘的质量。38278 毕业论文关键词:企业;员工招聘;信息不对称
The Problems of Information Asymmetry and Countermeasures in the Enterprise Employee Recruitment
Abstract: Recruitment is an important way to acquire talents and build competitive advantages. In the process of staff recruitment, as a consequence of asymmetric information problems of both enterprises and applicants, it caused great negative impact on the quality of the recruitment work. The causes of information asymmetry problems in enterprise employee recruitment are various, including the lower trustworthiness consciousness of both sides, the single channels of access to information of both sides, the partial judgment about enterprises by applicants, the unclear analysis of enterprise positions, the single form of recruitment evaluation, and the contradiction of social credit platform lag. Only from these three aspects of the enterprise level, inpidual level and social level, can we effectively solve the problems of asymmetric information, improve the quality of recruitment.
