摘 要:随着经济全球化的不断发展,在中国经济迅速发展的前提条件下,中小企业在我国国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用,是我国经济结构中不可或缺的重要组成部分。而校园招聘作为外部招聘的一种渠道,是中小型企业吸收和储备人才的重要方法。本文通过研究中小企业校园招聘的现状,分析其存在的主要问题:没有完善的招聘流程,缺乏招聘经验;目标定位不明确;缺乏校园招聘的自我特色;不重视校园招聘的规划等。最后,提出解决问题的对策:完善选拔流程,组建优秀的招聘团队;中小企业要慎重选准目标高校;突出校园招聘的自我特色;制定完善的校园招聘规划等招聘策略。38852 毕业论文关键词:中小企业;校园招聘;大学毕业生
Problems and Countermeasures of Campus Recruitment for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
Abstract:With the continuous development of economic globalization, under the prerequisite of China's rapid economic development, SMEs in China's national economy plays a more and more important role and is an integral part of China's economic structure is an important part.And as a channel of external recruitment, campus recruitment is an important method for SMEs to absorb and reserve personnel.Through studying the status quo of campus recruitment, the main problems of the campus recruitment are analyzed in the paper:no perfect recruitment process, lack of recruitment experience;target location is not clear;lack of campus recruitment self characteristics;pay no attention to the campus recruitment plan,etc.Finally,put forward countermeasures to solve the problem:perfect the selection process;build a good recruiting team;SEMs should carefully select the target colleges and Universities;highlight the self characteristics of campus recruitment;develop a sound campus recruitment strategy and other recruitment strategies.
