摘 要:在当今企业的经济发展中,人力资源管理占据着极其重要的位置,而招聘是企业人力资源管理的首要环节。没有招聘下面的环节就无法实现。中小型企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,就要加强对人力资源管理的重视,首先要加强对招聘的重视。本文挖掘我国中小型企业在发展过程中存在只重效益、不重招聘等问题,提出要重视招聘、制定合理的人力资源招聘规划等方面的建议。并以K公司为例,分析K公司在人力资源招聘中存在的一些问题,并提出防范对策。 38851 毕业论文关键词:中小型企业 ;人力资源 ;招聘
The Problems and Countermeasures of SMEs Recruitment - in K's Case
Abstract: Human Resource Management occupies an important position in enterprise development. Human resources management in corporate has a close relationship with every step of recruitment . SMEs(small and medium enterprises, SMEs) which want win in the fierce competition must strengthen the recruitment of human resources and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. This paper suggests a clear understanding of the existing problem which is failed to realize the strategic goals in the developing in SMEs and gives some advices involved deeply understand recruitment and develops a clear strategic goal and other aspects. In K's case, some of the existing issues analyzed in human resources recruitment and gives suggests for improvement.
