摘 要:在众多的绩效考评中,360度绩效考评体系是占有重要位置的考评方法,它与企业的发展有着密切的联系。WT企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中有持久旺盛的生命力,那企业在运用360度绩效考评体系时就要加强对考评体系的设计和管理,以此来提高企业在市场上的综合竞争力。文章以WT企业为例,通过对WT企业的分析,说明企业运用360度绩效考评体系存在的考核对象不全面、考核主体的选择不合适、考核内容不完善、考核表的层次设计不清晰、权重分配不合理等问题。提出扩大考核对象的范围、选择合适的考评主体、考核内容全面化、设计层次清晰的考核表、赋予不同的权重分配等解决措施,来提高WT企业360度绩效考评体系的运用。40361 毕业论文关键词:绩效考评;考评体系;考评主体
Problems and Countermeasures of the 360 Degree Performance Appraisal System of WT Company
Abstract: In many of the performance appraisal, 360 degree performance evaluation is the evaluation method occupies an important position, it has a close connection with the development of the enterprise. WT enterprises want to in the fierce competition in the market has the lasting vitality, the enterprises in the use of the 360 degree performance appraisal system is to strengthen the design and management, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. The paper takes the WT enterprise as an example, through the analysis of WT enterprise, that enterprise use 360 degree performance evaluation system for the assessment of the object is not comprehensive, inappropriate choice of assessment subject, assessment content is not perfect, examination of the table level design is not clear, weight distribution is reasonable of the problem. Makes enlarging the scope of the appraisal object, selecting the appropriate evaluation subjects, examination content is comprehensive, clear design hierarchy evaluation form, giving different weight distribution solutions, to improve the use of WT enterprise 360 degree performance appraisal system.
