摘 要:创新是民族进步的灵魂,创新是提高综合国力的重要途径,创新是企业的长期发展,保持核心竞争力的源泉。目前企业员工在创新能力方面依然有消极懈怠、没有得到管理层管理创新的带领、缺乏创新支持的平台等问题,而创新在企业保持核心竞争力及长远发展中有着不可估量的重要作用,因此在企业的日常运作中找到合适的方法去改善是及时的也是必要的。本文通过对员工创新能力不足的分析研究,寻根溯源并提出从基层员工本身、管理层领导、企业文化等几个方面制定合理策略,建立针对性的培训、创新激励机制,以全面提升企业员工的创新能力。40364 毕业论文关键词:企业员工;创新能力;核心竞争力
Analysis of Ways to Improve the Innovation Ability of Enterprise Employees
Abstract:Innovation is the soul of the national progress, innovation is an important way to improve the comprehensive national strength, innovation is the source of long-term development of enterprises to maintain the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The staff in the aspect of innovation ability is still negative, lack of management, lack of management innovation led innovation support platform. And the innovation in the enterprise to maintain an important role and long-term development of the core competitiveness, so in the daily operation of the enterprise to find a suitable method to improve is timely and necessary. Based on the analysis of research on employee innovation, origin and formulates reasonable strategies from several grass-roots staff management itself, leadership, corporate culture, the establishment of targeted training, innovation incentive mechanism, to enhance the innovation ability of enterprise employees.
