养老院老年人对社会工作的需求研究
The demand of the elderly in social work
——based on an Old-age care institutions
Abstract ：With the accelerated pace of aging in our society, Aged much government and social concerns. In recent years, the introduction of relevant policies, public, private pension institutions around the initial formation of the social old-age service system. Due to the restriction of the family economic conditions and the old ideas and other issues, mostly in the home for the aged, but along with the progress of the society, and a part of the family needs the social pension services. The Old-age care is indeed can alleviate the elderly problem, but the old people's life is monotonous, lonely, so that their mood negative, the old people's health is very bad. This paper will through the actual investigation of a Shanghai nursing homes for elderly people, according to the theory of social work and practice, the demand of the elderly in social work and the social work to meet the needs of the elderly in order to improve the Old-age care institutions is the purpose of life.

一、研究背景
（一） 中国老年福利服务的现状
人口老龄化按国际通行的标准，60岁以上的老年人口或65岁以上的老年人口在总人口中的比例超过10%和7%，可看作达到了人口的老龄化，中国不仅是世界上人口数量最多的国家，也是老年人口数量最多的国家，国家统计局公布的数据表明，早在1999年我国的60岁以上老年人口占总人口的比重就会达到10%，2000年我国人口总数达12.7亿人，60岁以及60岁老年人口占全国总人口的10.4%，说明我国已经正式进入老龄化国家。
2012年上海市老年人口和老龄事业发展信息发布会上了解到，去年申城老人扩容19.57万人，截至去年12月31日，本市共有60岁及以上老年人口367.32万人。目前，申城新增的老年人大多都是第一代独生子女父母，估计申城第一代独生子女父母中老人超过百万。 本市老年人口抚养系数到去年年底，约2.5名劳动年龄人口抚养1个老人，而前年为3个劳动年龄人口抚养一个老人。根据最新统计，2012年末，上海市15岁至59岁劳动年龄人口抚养60岁及以上人口的老年抚养系数为39.3％，就是说100个15岁至59岁劳动年龄人口抚养39.3个老年人，比上年增加2.8个百分点。与此同时，100个15岁至59岁劳动年龄人口还要抚养13.5个0至14岁小孩。从总抚养系数来看，每2个劳动年龄人口就要抚养一个60岁以上老年和0至14岁小孩，比2011年、2010年都有所增加。
