Title Sensibility and COP analysis of the effect of
dimensionless method on attribute weight
Abstract
Comprehensive management evaluation of theoretical methods have been widely used in micro-production areas in the national economy and enterprises Decision-making, dimensionless method is an important factor to affect the results of the comprehensive evaluation. Papers on the basis of a comprehensive review of research literature, the use of the standard deviation method, analyzed property values in the six dimensionless, given the different property variance, the attribute weights and value of comprehensive evaluation. Under the different dimensionless method analyzes the sensitivity of attribute weights； analyzes the problem of Condition of order preservation (COP) in the condition of attributes value or alternatives number transformation in detail, and make some important results. Finally, case study analysis of the competitiveness of China's 10 commercial banks to the conclusion was verified. The main contribution of this paper: 1. Identified the contact and differences of six kind dimensionless method.2.Clear the sensitivity of attribute weights and the condition of order preservation of program.

1 绪论
1．1 研究背景及意义
在综合评价中，由于各个指标原始数据的度量单位，内在属性，数量级存在差异，不能直接进行综合和比较。因此，为统一标准必须对所有评价指标进行无量纲化处理以消除量纲影响，将其转化为无量纲，无数量级差异，方向一致的标准指标值，然后再进行指标合成。
同时目前综合评价在各个领域的运用也十分的广泛，例如对于银行业的竞争力分析就可以运用综合评价方法。随着我国加入WTO，我国的银行业也逐渐的对外开放，这就意着中国银行要去与外国银行在盈利能力、管理水平、风险控制等多个方面进行激励的竞争。商业银行竞争力是在长期金融市场的竞争环境中，在独特的商业银行组织结构下依靠其拥有的各类资源形成的能够持续抵御风险，使商业银行的流动性、安全性、盈利性得到保证，并持续向客户提供高品质的金融产品和服务以获取银行稳定发展的综合性能力。2006年底，我国加入世界贸易组织的五年过渡期已经结束，意着外国银行享受与本国银行一样的待遇，这给我国的银行业带来了更多的机遇与挑战。2008年由美国引发的金融危机在全球蔓延，曾经为美国最大的银行花旗集团如今也面临着重重危机。而中国的银行要想在金融危机下得以生存，就必须在盈利能力、风险控制、成长能力等方面来提高自身竞争力。因此，对于商业银行竞争力的综合评价研究有紧迫感和必要性。
