摘 要:随着互联网技术的发展和中国的网络购物市场逐步走向成熟,B2C商务网站的交易量在整个电子商务交易中所占的比重逐年上升。为了保证B2C电子商务企业在激烈的市场竞争中健康发展,对其服务价值的研究尤为重要。通过分析B2C商务网站的特点,以及当前学者对商务网站的服务价值体系的研究,初步设计了4个文度17个指标的分析模型,通过问卷调查收集整理数据,并利用统计软件SPSS分析软件对数据进行KMO检验的信度分析,验证因素及量表设计的合理性。最后综合分析了相关的研究成果,对B2C商务网站提升其服务质量提出了一些合理化的建议,同时也期待相关领域的研究有更进一步的发展。关键词:B2C;商务网站;服务质量;评价模型 9241
Research on B2C Commerce Site Service Quality System
Abstract: with the development of Internet technology and the gradual maturity of Chinese online shopping market, the proportion of transaction volume in the B2C commerce site is rising in the whole e-commerce transactions year by year. In order to guarantee the healthy development of B2C e-commerce enterprises in the fierce market competition, the research on its service value is particularly important. Through the analysis of the characteristics of B2C commerce site, as well as the current academic research on the value system of commerce site services, this study preliminarily designs an analysis model which has 4 dimensions and 17 indicators. Meanwhile, this study collects data through the questionnaire survey and uses the statistics software SPSS analysis software to go on KMO test data reliability analysis, verification factor and the rationality of the design of the scale. Finally, this study makes a comprehensive analysis to related research results and puts forward some rationalization proposal to improve the service quality of B2C commerce site, at the same time, looks forward to a further development of research in the related fields.
