我国新农村公共服务设施配置研究
正因为农村基础设施供给机制的不完善、城乡二元结构造成了公共服务城乡失衡以及农村公共服务设施的供给不足的研究背景下，所以对于新农村公共服务设施配置进行研究。首先，广泛搜集国内外有关文献资料，运用相关理论分析国外农村设施从中了解自身的不足，从中得到一些借鉴；其次，从多种角度分析了现农村设施供给体系中存在的制度缺陷，例如公共服务设施建设滞后，供给总量不足和农村基础公共服务设施供给过剩和短缺现象并存等等；最后，结合理论与实际分析提出优化农村设施的供给制度的策略和政策建议。
最终得出结论，就是对于完善新农村公共服务设施配置，可以从加大政府投入力度、扩大公共服务的覆盖面、打破二元体制，实现城乡公共服务的均等化以及健全农村多元化公共服务体系等方面进行改善，实现符合新农村的公共服务设施配置。10359

Study on new rural public service facilities in China
Abstract: According to the eighteen report strengthen social construction is an important guarantee for social harmony and stability. Must maintain the height of the fundamental interests of the masses and to speed up and improve the basic public service system, strengthen the social management and innovation, promote the construction of socialist harmonious society.
Because of imperfect rural infrastructure supply mechanism of urban and rural dual structure caused the imbalance between urban and rural areas and the rural public service facilities of public service supply of the research background ,so for the new rural public service facilities configuration were studied. Firstly, extensive collection of relevant literature at home and abroad, using the related theory analysis of foreign rural facilities learn about their own shortcomings, to get some lessons from it; Secondly, from the perspectives of multiple now exist system defects in rural infrastructure supply system, such as pulic service facilities construction lags behind, supply shortage and the rural basic public services supply surplus and shortage coexist and so on; Finally, combing theory and practice analysis put forward strategies to optimize the supply of rural infrastructure and policy recommendations.
Eventually come to the conclusion that is to perfect the new rural public service facilities configuration ,can from increasing goverment investment, expand the coverage of public service, to break the binary system, realizing the multiplication of equaliztion between urban and rural areas and improve the rural public service system etc, to improve and implememt in line with the new rural public service facilities configuration.
