摘要:聚酰亚胺是一种性能优异,应用领域极其广泛且具备良好发展前景的材料,但由于以往的聚酰亚胺的溶解度不佳、加工时候的温度很高以及其他的困难,故使其没能得到充分的应用。芳香二胺是合成聚酰亚胺的一种常用的二胺单体,为了改善聚酰亚胺的性能,考虑从单体聚合入手来改变聚酰亚胺分子主链,因此,改变单体的分子结构变得十分重要。本文主要通过在二胺单体中引进烷氧基改变其结构最终来提高聚酰亚胺的性能,主要以对硝基苯酚和1,2-二溴乙烷为原料探究了在SN2反应中反应物之间的摩尔比例、PH、温度的影响,最重要的是在第二步反应中考察了以NaBH4为还原剂,使用纳米银为催化剂,不同溶剂的选择、温度的变化和反应时间的长短对目标产物产率的影响。

Synthesis of Novel Polyimide Monomer
Abstract : Polyimide is a kind of material with excellent performance, extremely wide application field and good development prospects. However, due to the poor solubility of conventional polyimides, high temperature during processing and other difficulties, It has not been fully applied. Aromatic diamine is a common diamine monomer for synthesizing polyimide. In order to improve the performance of polyimide, it is considered to change the main chain of polyimide molecule from monomer polymerization. Therefore, the monomer is changed. The molecular structure becomes very important. In this paper, the properties of polyimides were mainly improved by introducing alkoxy groups into the diamine monomers to change their structures. The reaction was mainly studied using p-nitrophenol and 1,2-dibromoethane as raw materials in the SN2 reaction. The effect of the molar ratio, pH, and temperature between the materials is most important in the second step in which NaBH4 was used as a reducing agent and nano silver was used as a catalyst to select different solvents, temperature changes, and reaction time. Effect on the yield of the target product.
