摘要: 以BF3•(OC2H5)2为催化剂,CH2Cl2为溶剂,在30℃条件下,通过多聚甲醛和1,4-甲氧基苯,反应,得到二甲氧基柱[5]芳烃(DMP5A)。接着,在氯仿中和BBr3中反应合成得到10个羟基柱[5]芳烃(P5A)。然后,在DMF溶剂中,将P5A与溴代乙酸乙酯反应而得到全酯基取代柱[5]芳烃(C1)。最后,在碱性条件下反应,将C1水解制得全羧酸取代基柱[5]芳烃(C2)。并通过红外光谱对所获得的化合物进行表征。

Synthesis and properties of cyclodextrin pillar[5] arene derivatives
Abstract:Firstly, At a temperature of 30 ℃, 1,4-dimethoxybenzene (DMB) was reacted with paraformaldehyde catalyzed by BF3•(OC2H5)2 to give the symmetrical host of 1,4-dimethoxypillar[5]arene (DMP5A), which was reacted with BBr3 in the chloroform to give the pillar[5]arenes (P5A), then by condensation of P5A with ethyl bromoacetate in the system of K2CO3/KI/DMF, the pillar[5]arene ester (C1) was obtained. Under alkaline conditions, C1 was hydrolyzed to give the pillar[5]arenes acid (C2). The structures of them were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy.
