摘 要:本实验采用水热法合成TiO2纳米结构材料。以钛酸四正丁酯为原料,丙三醇为溶剂研究不同温度对纳米TiO2晶型、形貌的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析手段对样品进行表征和分析,并以农药乙酰甲胺磷溶液为降解目标,研究TiO2的光催化活性。结果表明:以丙三醇为溶剂制备的TiO2纳米结构材料为锐钛矿相TiO2 ;通过SEM观察TiO2为球形:在紫外光的照射下,纳米TiO2对农药乙酰甲胺磷溶液有降解作用,三个水热温度(110℃、150℃、180℃)中180℃时制备的TiO2的降解速率最低,150℃时制备的TiO2的降解速率最高且210min内降解速率达到72%。34964 毕业论文关键词:TiO2纳米结构材料;丙三醇;水热法;乙酰甲胺磷
Study on the preparation of TiO2 nano structure materials
Abstract:In this experiment TiO2 nano structure materials were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.This paper studied the effect of temperature on crystal form and morphology of TiO2 using tetrabutyl titanate as raw material, using glycerol as solvent.TiO2 nano structure materials were characterized and analyzed by The X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , Taking the acephate solution as the degradation of target,the photocatalytic activity was studied.The results showed that TiO2 nano structured materials were anatase phase TiO2 prepared with glycerol as solvent and the TiO2 was spherical by SEM.The catalytic performances of TiO2 nano structured materials were tested by degradation of acephate pesticide under the irradiation of ultraviolet light.TiO2 nano structured materials had photocatalytic activity.In the three hydrothermal temperature (110℃、 150℃、180℃), the degradation rate of TiO2 was lowest at 180℃.At 150℃,the degradation rate of TiO2 was the highest,and the highest degradation rate reached 72% within 210min.
