摘 要:本文采用水热合成法以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,氯金酸和硝酸铜为金属源,十吹冰烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,合成含铜金双金属介孔分子筛(Cu-Au-MCM)。同时用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)仪对样品的结构进行表征,结果表明:合成的材料具有MCM41典型的吹冰方介孔结构;铜和金均成功引入到了介孔材料中,适当比例的铜、金(1:0.5)的掺杂使材料的晶化程度和介孔有序性有所增强;Au的引入使材料的晶面间距略微减小。35789 毕业论文关键词:介孔分子筛;水热合成;Cu/Au比;物性参数
The Effect of Cu/Au Modulation on Mesoporous Structure of Cu-Au-MCM
Abstract:In this paper,Samples of Cu-Au-MCM were synthesized by the hydrothermal method and using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the silicon source,chloroauric acid and copper nitrate as the metal source,cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as template agent.The structure of the samples was characterized by XRD.The experimental results showed that the synthesized material has a typical six party mesoporous structure of MCM41.Copper and gold were successfully introduced into the mesoporous materials.The degree of crystallization and ordering of the material were enhanced through adding appropriate proportion of copper and gold.The introduction of Au reduces the crystal surface spacing of materials slightly.
