摘要: 用三苯基磷、二氯甲烷及无水三氯化铝为主要原料,合成三苯基磷树脂。考察了氯乙酰氯,1,4-二溴丁烷,1,4-丁二醇作为偶联剂对反应成品的效果。以3克量干燥的三苯基磷小球反应为准,溶剂量二氯甲烷为10ml,无水三氯化铝作为催化剂质量为1g,制备三苯基磷树脂,反应时间为8小时,进行了最佳工艺条件下三苯基磷树脂合成的影响因素、合成效果的研究。研究表明,用1,4-丁二醇制备的三苯基磷树脂具有较为优异性能,红外光谱所表示的效果更佳。本文为制备三苯基磷树脂选择偶联剂提供了研究方法

Synthesis of Three phenyl phosphate resin
Abstract: With triphenylphosphine, methylene chloride and anhydrous aluminum chloride as the main raw material, synthetic resin triphenylphosphine. The effects of chloroacetyl chloride, 1,4 - dibromo-butane, 1,4 - butanediol as a coupling agent to the reaction product results.
