摘要:本课题采用在工业上广泛推广的UV固化技术来对有机硅涂层进行研究。目前国内离型纸用涂层的紫外光固化研究还很少。因此,正是基于寻找一种既能在实验室阶段有较好的实验结果,同时又希望在工业上得到广泛推广的紫外光固化的离型纸涂层。
本实验采用三种预聚物为主要原料,分别是有机硅改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、环氧丙烯酸酯、用聚醚合成的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。分别对其加入γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基封端聚硅氧烷、甲基MQ树脂、乙烯基MQ树脂进行改性。通过考察物料的投入量、摩尔比对有机硅涂层性能的影响。用聚醚合成的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和用硅酸钠法合成的乙烯基MQ树脂,在红外光谱图上得到了相应的基团。其中在复配的时候,最佳配比是,四官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和乙烯基MQ树脂5:1的质量比,所得到的有机硅涂层的耐水、耐溶剂性能优异。

The Preparation of Ultraviolet Curing Technology on Release Paper Silicone Coating
Abstract: This topic discuss the ultraviolet curing technology which is wildly popularized in silicone coating industry . Currently the research of using ultraviolet curing technology on release paper is few.Therefore, it is based on looking for a good experiment result in the laboratory stage, but also hope to get the ultraviolet curing release paper which is wildly popularized in industry.Using three prepolymers as main raw material, namely, Silicone-modified urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, urethane acrylate. In each raw material,addγ-methacryloxy propyl-terminated polysiloxane, methyl MQ resin, vinyl MQ resin to be modified.By examining the inputs and the molar ratio of material to confirm the effect on the performance of silicone coating .Urethane acrylate which is synthesized by polyether and vinyl MQ resin which is synthesized by sodium silicate,the infrared spectrum obtained in the corresponding group. The best formula is, the weight ratio 5:1 of the tetrafunctional urethane acrylate and vinyl MQ resin ,makes the silicone coating water resistance, solvent resistance excellent.
