摘要:采用共沉积法合成橄榄石型磷酸亚铁锂正极材料。利用X射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜,振实密度测定及电化学测试等方法对该材料进行了结构表征和性能测试。结果表明该工艺操作简单、安全、可调性良好,在较宽的温度范围内,都能形成单一的橄榄石型晶体结构,并具有较高的振实密度。其中,在650℃下合成的产物结构完整,表面形貌较好,粒径分布均匀,振实密度高达1.67g/cm3。在室温及0.05C倍率下,该材料的首次放电容量为133.6mA•h/g,循环20次后,未见明显衰减。

Liquid Phase Synthesis Of Lithium Iron Phosphate
Abstract: This experiment adopts the total deposition type synthesis of olivine lithium iron phosphate cathode material. Using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (sem), density of vibration measurement and electrochemical testing methods for structure characterization and performance testing of the material. Results show that the process is simple, safe, good adjustability, in a wider temperature range, can form a single type of olivine crystal structure, and has high tap density. Among them, the synthetic product of complete structure under 650 ℃, better surface morphology, particle size distribution uniformity, tap density up to 1.67 g/cm3. At room temperature and under the 0.05 C ratio, the material of the first discharge capacity is 133.6 mA • h/g, circulation after 20 times, did not see obvious attenuation.
