摘要本实验主要是要研究通过铜催化Ullman偶联反应合成氨基喹唑啉衍生物的可行性。本实验通过验证2-溴苯甲醛和碳酸胍的反应来证明可以用铜催化Ullman偶联反应合成氨基喹唑啉衍生物,同时本实验通过对比实验来探寻最佳催化剂和最优原料。同时合成了5个氨基喹唑啉衍生物,它们是:通过(2-溴苯基)(苯基)甲酮与碳酸胍反应合成4-苯基-2-氨基喹唑啉;由1-(2-溴苯基)乙酮和1-(吡咯烷基)亚胺硫酸胍反应合成4-甲基-2-(1-哌啶基)喹唑啉以及由2-溴苯甲醛和1-(吡咯烷基)亚胺硫酸胍合成的2-(1-吡咯烷基)喹唑啉,同时进行了扩展底物空间的实验。9358

Title In Copper-Catalyzed Ullman coupling reaction of the synthesis of amino quinazoline derivatives
Abstract
This experiment is to study the feasibility of copper Ullman coupling reaction catalyzed synthesis of amino-quinoline oxazoline derivatives. This experiment verify 2 - Bromobenzaldehyde and the reaction of the guanidine carbonate to prove in Copper-Catalyzed Ullman coupling reaction Synthesis of Amino quinazoline derivatives, this experiment by comparing the experimental search for the optimal catalyst and optimal raw materials. Synthesized 5 amino quinazoline derivatives, they are: Synthesis of 4 - phenyl - 2 - amino-quinazoline (2 - bromophenyl) (phenyl) ketone reaction with guanidine carbonate; synthesis reaction by 1 - (2 - bromophenyl) ethanone and 1 - (pyrrolidinyl) imine sulfuric acid guanidine 4 - methyl-2 - (1 - piperidinyl) quinazoline and 2 - the Bromobenzaldehyde and 1 - (pyrrolidine yl) imine sulfuric acid guanidine synthesis of 2 - (1 - pyrrolidinyl) quinazoline was also carried out experiments to extend the substrate space.
