摘    要: 户外活动是幼儿园活动的基本内容之一,它是保证幼儿园顺利开展其他活动的基石,同时也是发展幼儿其他能力的良好基础。户外活动的开展有利于提高幼儿身体素质,提高幼儿身体的稳定性和协调性,在户外活动中,幼儿与大自然亲密的接触,促进幼儿身心的发展,户外活动中促进幼儿同伴关系的发展,促进幼儿社会性的发展。

研究对H市3所幼儿园的8个中班幼儿户外活动的人数、时间、材料、场地等进行了调查,并访谈部分教师了解教师对幼儿户外活动的认识。

调查中发现中班幼儿户外活动人数出勤率不同活动出勤率不同,出勤率最高的是上午户外活动。幼儿户外活动时间平均是102分钟左右。幼儿园户外活动器械主要以大型器械为主,幼儿园会添加自制材料来丰富幼儿户外活动。户外活动场地都明显不足。

研究发现制约中班幼儿户外活动发展的原因主要有,户外活动时间的不足,教师对幼儿户外活动干预较多,户外活动场地和材料的不足等。

最后提出中班幼儿户外活动现状的指导意见,合理的规划幼儿园一日活动的时间,教师要树立科学的儿童观,开展幼儿园下午户外活动,提倡家长和社区关注幼儿户外活动的发展。

Outdoor activities are one of the basic contents of kindergarten activities. It is the cornerstone for ensuring that kindergartens carry out other activities smoothly, and it is also a good foundation for the development of other children's abilities.  The development of outdoor activities is conducive to improving the physical quality of young children and improving their physical stability and coordination. In outdoor activities, young children are in close contact with nature to promote the physical and mental development of young children and promote the development of young children's peer relationships in outdoor activities. Promote the social development of children.

This study investigated the number, time, materials, venue, and organization of outdoor activities of 8 middle-school children in 3 kindergartens in H city, and interviewed some teachers to understand the teachers’ understanding of children's outdoor activities.

The investigation found that the attendance rate of outdoor activities of middle-school children is different for different activities attendance. The highest attendance rate is for outdoor activities in the morning.  The average time for children’s outdoor activities is about 102 minutes.  Kindergarten outdoor activities mainly include large-scale equipment. Kindergartens will add homemade materials to enrich children's outdoor activities.  Outdoor activities are obviously inadequate.

The study found that the main reasons restricting the development of outdoor activities for middle-school children were lack of outdoor activities, teachers’ intervention in children’s outdoor activities, and lack of outdoor venues and materials.

Finally, it provides guidance on the current situation of outdoor activities for middle-school children, and reasonably plans the time for day-long kindergarten activities. Teachers should establish a scientific view of children, carry out kindergarten outdoor activities in the afternoon, and encourage parents and the community to pay attention to the development of children's outdoor activities.
