Abstract : With the development of international integration, the traditional tariff barriers are decreasing, green trade barrier, with its distinct era characteristic become the main toll-gate of international trade development. To participate in the global competition, China's entry into WTO promotes the agricultural products provides more opportunities for the development of China's agricultural products, but also make our country agricultural product export faces huge challenges and risks. Currently, the problem of green trade barriers in international trade has been unavoidable, agriculture as a weak industry more vulnerable to its effects. For the purpose of trade protectionism, some countries in order to protect the ecological environment and human health grounds set up green trade barrier "green trade barriers" with its strong concealment, low transparency, not easy to monitor and forecast etc, build the walls invisible barriers in international trade, it poses a grave threat to international trade of agricultural products, seriously hindered our country agricultural product export. This article has analyzed our country agricultural exports encounter green barriers to trade the main forms and characteristics, and factors of China's agricultural exports encounter green barriers to trade to make analysis, finally points out the main measures.
