我国中小企业内部控制的发展现状研究

Abstract
Innovation ability and level of SMEs in China has been in the forefront of the world. However, SMEs generally short life, replacement rate, the presence of its survival are certain problems should be solved. Therefore, the state is also highly concerned, and introduced a lot of related support policies to improve the living environment for SMEs. This paper will analyze the significance of the establishment of the internal control of SMEs, internal control and direction of the original meaning of internal control to manage for SMEs to make recommendations, and case studies as an example, propose solutions based on real problem of SMEs.

浅析我国中小企业内部控制的发展现状
近年来，我国中小企业的创新能力不断提高，为促成新的经济增长点作出不小贡献。为了关注中小企业自身的成长，将目光投向中小企业的内部控制状况。
一、研究背景
㈠ 关于中小企业的界定
企业规模的界定应同所属经济体的经济发展阶段和状况相适应，基于各国的经济发展水平不同，企业规模的划分在世界范围内未有统一的标准。无论各国根据自身经济发展情况制定的标准如何，其目的都在于方便国家对企业的管理和调控，使相关政策的执行更具明确性，因此暂时也没有建立全球统一标准的必要。就中小企业划定的标准而言，全球主要以定性和定量为划分依据和标准。目前，我国根据自身经济发展阶段和发展水平，对中小企业的划分标准采用定性和定量相结合，如下表1-1。
